MIT SEMICONDUCTOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for semiconductor backend machines. You will create drawings, BOMs, and maintain design history while interfacing with mechanical, process, software, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics, with hands-on experience in electrical design and familiarity with CAD tools. Fresh graduates are welcome and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

Must have a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics or related field.
Diploma holders or fresh graduates with good aptitude will be considered.
Must be self-motivated and willing to learn new technology.
Familiar with any electrical CAD software package.
Good team player able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Hands-on experience in electrical system or subsystem design is a plus.
Knowledge in motion control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines.
Create electrical drawings, BOMs, and other design documents; maintain design history.
Collaborate with mechanical, process, software, manufacturing and purchasing teams.
Participate in new product development and support existing products for improvements.
Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams.
Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments.
