Job summary

NOVATECH ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-focused engineer to manage day-to-day electrical, electronic, and PLC projects, collaborating closely with site personnel to ensure timely delivery and quality.

You will review drawings, coordinate with clients and vendors, support installation and commissioning, and provide technical guidance while visiting sites and often working extended hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, PLC or related Engineering fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant project experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
• Experience in PLC/DCS programming, HMI configuration, and system SAT activities is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to HSE and quality standards.
• Willingness to visit project sites and work extended hours when necessary.

About the role
