Job summary

KIDE INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support project design coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning, and handover in Singapore.

You will coordinate electrical power systems and LV/HV components across multiple projects in electronics and semiconductor facilities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to safety, and the ability to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical power systems and distribution (10kV/400V).
• Strong coordination and communication skills with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design development, site installation and commissioning of electrical power systems (10kV/400V distribution, transformers, UPS, switchboards).
• Coordinate ELV systems including BAS/BMS, security, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, cleanroom monitoring and DCS/PLC links.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate technical submissions, RFIs, material submissions, testing and commissioning with consultants and clients.
• Monitor site progress, work quality and safety; coordinate subcontractors and ensure EHS/WSH compliance.
• Prepare commissioning procedures, test records and handover documentation.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters and project variations.

About the Company

We are an M&E installation contractor in Singapore specialising in electrical systems for electronics and semiconductor facilities. Our projects include wafer fabrication plants, backend semiconductor facilities and high-specification cleanrooms.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support project design coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design development, site installation and commissioning of electrical power systems, including 10kV/400V distribution, transformers, UPS, switchboards, busways and cable installation.
• Coordinate ELV systems, including building automation systems (BAS/BMS), security, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, cleanroom monitoring and DCS/PLC communication links.
• Review shop drawings and as-built drawings, and coordinate technical submissions, RFIs, material submissions, testing and commissioning with consultants and clients.
• Monitor site progress, work quality and safety; coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with applicable project EHS and WSH requirements.
• Prepare commissioning procedures, test records and handover documentation.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters and project variations.
