Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation and commissioning experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for conveyor and automation projects, including power distribution, control panels, and field devices.
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Support site installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot faults in motors, sensors, VFDs, control panels, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate project work with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work meets Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.
• Assist with project planning, material selection, and technical submissions.
• Provide maintenance support and recommend system improvements.

• Working Location: Lavender (office will relocate to Tuas beginning next year)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.30pm, Last Sat of the month: 8:30am - 12:30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for conveyor and automation projects, including power distribution, control panels, and field devices.
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Support site installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot faults in motors, sensors, VFDs, control panels, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate project work with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work meets Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.
• Assist with project planning, material selection, and technical submissions.
• Provide maintenance support and recommend system improvements.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in industrial electrical or automation projects.
• Good knowledge of power distribution and electrical system design.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to work on-site and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with conveyors, airport systems, logistics, or warehouse automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, VFDs, and Singapore electrical regulations is an advantage.
• Hands-on installation and commissioning experience is an advantage.
