Job summary

HI-LEO ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking engineers and technicians to prepare electrical diagrams, program PLC/HMI systems, and support multidisciplinary projects from detail engineering to client handover.

The role emphasizes site coordination, safety leadership, and technical excellence in high‑voltage and distribution networks. Candidates should be ready to lead a team and uphold safety standards across project phases.

Qualifications

• Prepare single line diagrams, MCC and schematic wiring diagrams in AutoCAD.
• Develop PLC and HMI programs; review with vendors.
• Perform site coordination and provide technical support throughout projects.
• Inspect installations to ensure compliance with design specs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, and submit drawings, catalogs, and calculations for the assigned project.
• Coordinate certification and accreditation within multidisciplinary projects from detail engineering to handover.
• Lead safety culture change through exemplarity and engagement with employees.
• Develop technical expertise in equipment/processes with a continuous improvement approach.
• Respond to and investigate incidents and non-compliance, completing required paperwork and reporting.
• Carry out servicing, testing, and maintenance of high-tension switchgear, transformers, LV switchboards, and cables in the distribution network.
• Manage and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and artisans to meet plan, schedule, quality and safety objectives.

Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Motor Control Centre& Schematic Wiring Diagram in Auto CAD.

Preparation, checking, and submission of drawings, catalogs,and calculations for the assigned project.

PLC Program and HMI Program development and Review withVendors

Site coordination and technical support and coordinate ofCertification and Accreditation within a multidisciplinary project from thedetail engineering phase until the handover to the Client.

Inspect installations and observe operations to ensurecompliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.

Lead the safety culture change through exemplarity, buildingtrust & engagement with employees.

Develop technical expertise in equipment/processes &ensure a continuous improvement approach.

Respond to and investigate all incidents and non-complianceissues and complete all appropriate paperwork and reporting.

Carry out servicing, testing, and maintenance ofhigh-tension switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchboards, and cables inthe Distribution network.

Manage and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, andartisans to ensure works are completed as per plan and schedule, meetingquality & safety objectives.
