Job summary

Seatrium is seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction projects, ensuring quality and timely commissioning.

The role collaborates with the electrical design team to document project requirements, develop electrical work plans, review drawings, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors while following PDCA for site activities. Entry-level candidates welcome with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Able to handle project independently.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to ensure product quality and timely delivery to commissioning.
• Works with electrical design team to document project requirements and develop electrical work plan for electrical systems.
• Studies electrical drawings and interconnection drawings, cable ladders and trays, penetrations and system layouts.
• Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, megger tests and ATEX inspection.
• Prepares work packages by area or subsystem and plans resources, manpower, materials and scheduling (P6).
• Directs subordinates on job execution and ensures materials and facilities are available.
• Monitors progress to meet the P6 schedule and reports daily progress to EPCC.
• Coordinates with Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Engineering.

Ltd.: Full time: Posted Today: 10018902## **JOB DESCRIPTION*** Manages the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to make certain product quality and well- timed deliver to commissioning* Works closely with electrical design team to document project requirements and develop electrical work plan for electrical system and sub-systems construction, testing and commissioning* Studies electrical drawing related to cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout drawing, single line drawing and interconnection drawing* Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity check, megger test and Atex inspection* Creates work package by area or by subsystem* Plans resources manpower, materials, facilities and P6 scheduling* Gives direction and assigns job to subordinates for job execution* Prepares the work condition for subordinate to work eg.
