Job summary

SP Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to plan and design LT distribution networks for residential, commercial, and industrial estates in Singapore. The role involves on-site surveys, costing for service connections, and coordination with LEWs and customers to finalize requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and demonstrates strong communication, BIM/AutoCAD, and office software skills, with the ability to work both in the office and on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Polytechnic in Singapore.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good initiative and meticulous.
• Prefer to work in the office with site surveys as required.
• Experience with agencies and knowledge of cable route planning and installation

Responsibilities

• Prepare service costing for customer’s service connection
• Travel to various site daily to carry out site surveys and check Low Tension (LT) network loading
• Plan and design LT distribution network for residential, commercial and industrial estates
• Liaise with LEWs or customers to finalise service connection requirements
• Conduct load measurement and assist Engineer/Executive Engineer in load survey work
