Job summary

ICON CONSULTING ENGINEERS PRIVATE LTD. is seeking an Electrical Draftsperson to coordinate with engineers and designers in preparing electrical drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.

You will read architectural and technical drawings to translate concepts into clear designs, assist in drawing preparation, and work closely with the project team on-site to produce accurate deliverables. Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• ITE holders considered with related electrical/BS background.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is essential; BIM knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineers & Designers to prepare electrical drawings.
• Read and translate architectural/technical drawings into design concepts.
• Assist Designers in preparation of electrical design drawings.
• Work on-site with Project Team to produce drawings timely.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with Engineers & Designers in preparation of Electrical drawings (AutoCad / Revit)
• Read and understand Architectural / Technical drawings and translate them into the design concept
• Assist Designers in preparation of Electrical design drawings
• Work closely with Project Team on site on the production of drawings

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or
• ITE Holder / Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• Familiar with local codes of practice
• Familiar with BIM software is preferred
• Ability to use Autocad / Revit will be essential
• Ability to design and prepare electrical drawings will be an advantage
• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
• Preferably Min 3 years of relevant experience required.
