Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our semiconductor automation team in Southwest Singapore. You will design electrical systems for automated test equipment, develop schematics, and support prototype testing.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, and proficiency with EPLAN/CAD, PLC/industrial control, and EMC principles. Up to 10k SGD monthly.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of electrical design experience in precision automation equipment.
• Proficient in EPLAN, CAD or similar electrical design software.
• Familiar with PLC/industrial control systems, servo motion control and industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT/Profinet).
• Knowledge of EMC design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for automated test equipment, including control circuits, power distribution and servo drives.
• Develop electrical schematics and conduct EMC and power integrity simulations.
• Select electrical components, sensors and control systems, and prepare BOMs.
• Work closely with assembly and commissioning teams on prototype testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop electrical design documentation and wiring specifications.
• Provide technical support for production optimisation and troubleshooting.
