Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join the team. You will prepare material requisitions, design switchboards, consoles and control panels, and generate drawings and manuals for client projects.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical with design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Graduate applicants are welcome. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical with 1 year design experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material requisition lists for job requirements.
• Design electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels according to customer's requirements.
• Prepare approval drawings, shop drawings, final drawings, circuit calculations, instruction manuals.
• Coordinate and discuss with clients/consultants on technical requirements.
• Feedback to sales on changes of technical requirements by clients for claims/costs and time.
• Check/follow-up on design and shop drawings with production departments.
• Develop and improve on design of electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels.
• Follow procedures of design control, documentation and data control, and quality system.
