Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to supervise electrical works on site in Singapore.

You will ensure the project progresses on schedule, coordinate with main contractor, consultants and architects, and manage drawing and technical submission delivery. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in project management within electrical trades, preferably on HDB/Condominium/Hotel developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
• Experience coordinating electrical works on site.
• Ability to manage drawings and technical submissions.
• Strong stakeholder management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress to stay on schedule.
• Design and coordinate site electrical works.
• Attend site meetings with main contractor, consultant, and architect.
• Prepare drawings and technical submission documents.
• Monitor costs and financial performance of the project.
• Manage progress claims and variation orders/payments.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prefer experience in electrical trades for HDB/Condominium/Hotel projects.
