Job summary

LOTTE Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead design and on-site coordination for a large mixed-development project in Singapore.

You will attend client and subcontractor meetings, translate requirements into electrical systems, and oversee inspections, testing and commissioning. You will manage resources, materials, and schedule, ensure cost control, and act as the primary liaison with Civil and SWCs on site to solve technical challenges through thorough

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' engineering experience after degree, with at least 3 years in commercial mixed development projects.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with clients or subcontractors during project stages.
• Receive instructions and coordinate with subcontractors; oversee day-to-day site works, inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare detailed electrical system designs.
• Plan resources and control materials, tools and equipment.
• Ensure cost control, project timeline and manpower management.
• Attend site progress meetings and report to Construction Manager.
• Be frontline contact with Civil and SWCs on site.
• Monitor daily site progress and update site progress reports.
• Identify and resolve complex engineering problems.
• Apply logic to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of solutions.
• Handle and resolve technical and engineering issues.
