Job summary

UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical/Building Services professional in Singapore to lead site coordination and technical documentation for complex projects.

You will review drawings, specifications, and interface requirements while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with approved drawings and safety requirements, managing RFIs/RFAs, and overseeing progress across electrical and ELV installations, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Building Services or related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction industry experience, preferably on water/wastewater/WTE projects under a main contractor.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes of practice and standards.
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred & other related design software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, SLDs, schematics, and specifications.
• Coordinate with SO, OE, consultants, QP, LEW, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, risk assessments, RFAs, RFIs, and technical docs.
• Coordinate electrical and ELV routing, containment, and equipment locations.
• Monitor site readiness and installation progress for compliance with drawings, materials, specs, and safety.
