Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Electrical BIM modeling or drafting experience.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• BIM Model Creation and Updates: Develop and revise electrical BIM models.
• Prepare drawings and documents using BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Coordinate electrical services with other disciplines and teams.
• BIM coordination and clash detection to resolve design conflicts.
• Drawing and drafting of detailed electrical services models and layouts.
• Document control and delivery ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Material quantification from BIM models and support procurement.
• Site support and revisions incorporating field feedback.
• Continuously update skills with BIM tech and best practices.
