Job summary

LV Automation Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a BIM & Revit Modeling specialist to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for BMS, electrical and ELV systems using Revit, ensuring alignment with project specs and local BIM submission guidelines.

You will coordinate containment, routing, equipment placement, schematic drawings, and shop drawings, perform internal clash checks, and participate in project coordination meetings to resolve design discrepancies and support site execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit for BMS, electrical and ELV systems.
• Ensure models comply with company standards and local BIM submission guidelines.
• Model and route physical pathways including cable trunking, cable trays, and conduits.
• Place electrical equipment and sensors at correct mounting heights and locations.
• Produce 2D schematics, SLDs and control drawings from the BIM model.
• Extract shop drawings and as-built drawings from the BIM model for site execution.
• Perform internal clash checks and resolve spatial conflicts between trades.
• Participate in project coordination meetings to resolve design discrepancies.
