Job summary

YOUBUILD PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical/M&E coordinator to represent the contractor on M&E works. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, strong teamwork, and proven BIM coordination across disciplines.

You will assist the design engineer to coordinate and prepare electrical SLDs, base drawings, and as-built/substation drawings, and you will prepare and submit drawings for electrical modification projects, while maintaining strict document control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience representing Electrical Contractor/Consultant for M&E works in Singapore.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in BIM coordination between different disciplines.
• Assist design engineer to coordinate and prepare electrical SLD, base design drawings, typical and as-built drawings for substations.
• Prepare and submit drawings for electrical modification work projects.
• Good control of engineering documents.
