Job summary

RICHARD'S LIGHTING (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production Technician to perform assembly work strictly according to work instructions and safety regulations. The role requires practical skills with basic production jigs and tools and the ability to work with engineering and project teams.

You will conduct sub-assembly verification tests, participate in failure analyses, and help implement preventive and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Technical Education in Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience.
• Able to use basic production jigs and tools.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and constantly seek improvement to increase productivity.

Responsibilities

• Hands on production & assembly work in accordance to work instructions & safety regulations.
• Perform verification tests at sub assembly levels & failure analysis.
• Ensure preventive & corrective measures are in place.
• Maintain good production records & housekeeping.
• Able to work independently and closely with Engineering & Project Team for feedback on issues, progress & productivity.
