Job summary

The Lentor Residence PTE Ltd invites applications for an entry-level caregiver role supporting the elderly in our community care setting. You will assist with meals, mobility, activities, and basic health monitoring during day shifts. Training is provided to new hires.

Candidates should be Singaporean/PR with basic English and a compassionate, patient attitude. No prior experience required, but prior eldercare is a plus; physi cally fit to assist transfers and wheelchair use.

Qualifications

• Singaporean / PR
• Minimum Primary education with Basic English
• Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking elderly
• No experience required; training provided
• Prior eldercare experience is a plus
• Physically fit to push wheelchair and assist transfers
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate and respectful
• Enjoys helping elderly people

Responsibilities

• Prepare food, serve meals and assist clients with oral feeding
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry area and equipment
• Conduct morning orientation to clients
• Assist in outing activities and community engagements
• Plan and facilitate daily activities and basic exercises
• Coordinate with volunteers to run activities
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Observe client conditions and document observations timely
