Job summary

LENTOR AMBULANCE PTE. LTD. is seeking compassionate Eldercare & Medical Transport Drivers to safely move elderly clients across island Singapore, with both solo Eldercare Van and 2-person Medical Transport teams.

Roles include assisting passengers, securing wheelchairs, planning routes, and complying with traffic rules. Training sponsorships for First Aid and Defensive Driving are provided. Minimum qualifications include GCE N-Level or equivalent, a Class 3 license with 3+ years, and a BDVL

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Level 4.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (min 3 years driving experience).
• BDVL Vocational Licence is required
• Defensive Driving certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Caring personality with a passion for helping others
• Physically able to assist elderly passengers (including bending/kneeling)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport elderly clients between their homes and care centres
• Operate both solo Eldercare Van services and 2-person Medical Transport teams
• Assist frail elderly passengers when boarding and alighting vehicles
• Secure wheelchairs using vehicle locking systems (requires bending/kneeling)
• Ensure all passengers are properly strapped in with safety belts
• Operate auto-lifters for wheelchair access
• Plan efficient daily routes for client pick-ups and drop-offs
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and speed limits
