Job summary

CITITRANS BUS TRANSIT PTE. LTD. is seeking responsible drivers to safely transport factory workers and hotel staff or guests in Singapore. The role emphasizes punctuality, customer service, and professional conduct with passengers.

You will follow scheduled routes, perform basic vehicle checks, maintain clean vehicles, and coordinate with the operations team to handle delays or incidents. Weekend or public holiday work may be required based on schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have Class 4 Singapore Driving Licence.
• Must hold Valid Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience (van, passenger transport, bus or delivery).
• Good driving record and commitment to passenger safety.
• Willingness to work weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely and punctually according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations and ensure timely pickup.
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers at all times.
• Maintain a good and professional relationship with passengers, clients and the operations team.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules and operational instructions.
• Conduct basic checks on the vehicle before and after trips and report any defects, breakdowns or safety concerns promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean, neat and in good operating condition.
• Observe all traffic rules, road safety requirements and company policies.
• Communicate promptly with the Operations team regarding delays, accidents, breakdowns or other incidents.
• Assist passengers when necessary and handle basic passenger enquiries or feedback professionally.
