Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Staff Program Manager for EHSS Strategy & Operations.

You will lead enterprise EHSS solutions, driving health, safety and compliance improvements while partnering with EHSS, IT, vendors, and business teams to deliver scalable capabilities that boost performance. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, governance, change management, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, Business, Program Management, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in EHSS, enterprise solution delivery, program management, business transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex technology-enabled programs involving business collaborators, IT, software vendors, and implementation partners.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, VelocityEHS, or similar business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise EHSS initiatives from business discovery and requirements definition through deployment, stabilization, and transition to sustainment.
• Translate operational and regulatory requirements into scalable business processes and technology solutions, including recommendations that support portfolio and investment decisions.
• Serve as the primary business lead for assigned initiatives, managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, resources, and collaborator alignment across the program lifecycle.
• Partner with EHSS, IT, software providers, and implementation partners to deliver solutions that improve operational performance, compliance, and business outcomes.
• Find opportunities for process improvement, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, and support evaluation of appropriate solution options.
• Drive accountability and resolution of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across business and technical teams.
