Job summary

TIONG SENG CIVIL ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to develop, implement and maintain company-wide EHS policies, standards and procedures to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Possess BCA safety training certifications.
• 5+ years experience in construction projects.
• Senior/Manager level considered for more experienced candidates.
• Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects advantageous.
• Completed Confined Space Assessment Training certificates.
• Organized, meticulous with a positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good analytical, supervision, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct and review site inspections, audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Analyse EHS data and utilise digital tools to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Plan and deliver EHS training programmes for staff, workers, and subcontractors; ensure proper onboarding and documentation.

• Collaborate with project teams and management to align EHS strategies with operational goals and resolve potential conflicts.

• Represent the company in industry safety groups and lead initiatives to strengthen EHS awareness and culture.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant BCA Safety Training Certifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Projects

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior / Manager position

• Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be an added advantage.

• Completed Confined Space Assessment Training, with relevant certificates.

• Organized, meticulous with a positive work attitude.

• Able to work independently and a team player.
