Job summary

GSK in Singapore is seeking an EHS professional for a contract role through 30 December 2028 to oversee site Safety, Health and Environmental programs. You will maintain the EHS management system, drive improvements and provide technical guidance across the site.

You will develop strategies, implement life‑saving rules, train staff and coordinate audits. The role requires hands‑on risk assessment, incident investigations and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering or Science field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or high‑risk facilities.
• Ability to provide credible EHS advice to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS management system to ensure legal and GSK standards compliance.
• Contribute to EHS strategies, risk assessments and incident prevention.
• Create and deliver EHS training for staff and contractors.
• Lead audits and inspections; drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate accidents and ensure effective corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture through communications and campaigns.
• Support EHS lead and team to maintain high site standards.
