Job summary

NAM LEE PRESSED METAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an EHS/WSH Administrator in Singapore to support the WSHO with daily safety documentation, regulatory compliance, and safety administration.

You will manage licences and renewals with BCA, SCDF and MOM, maintain records for bizSAFE and inspections, and prepare safety records and training tracking. The role requires 2–3 years in EHS/WSH admin, an Advanced Certificate in WSH or equivalent, and strong MS Office/organisational skills to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in EHS/WSH administration.
• Advanced Certificate in WSH or equivalent qualification.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH requirements, BCA, SCDF and MOM.
• Experience with BCA CRS, MOM WSH portals and SCDF e-Services is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) in managing daily EHS documentation, statutory compliance, and operational safety administration
• Manage and track BCA, SCDF and MOM licences, registrations and renewals.
• Maintain records for bizSAFE, lifting equipment, pressure vessels and machinery inspections.
• Prepare and maintain RA, SWP, MOS, PTW, toolbox meetings and safety records.
• Track worker training, site inductions, PPE and safety certifications.
• Assist with safety inspections, incident/near-miss reporting and corrective actions.
• Monitor statutory portals and ensure timely submissions and renewals.
