Job summary

Lam Research in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across our manufacturing sites. You will administer and coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems, conduct inspections, close audit findings, review risk assessments, and coordinate training for all personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience handling WSH in a manufacturing site.
• Must be a registered WSH Officer with MOM.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken English.
• Meticulous with detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across manufacturing sites.
• Administer and coordinate the Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems, processes and policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and close audit findings.
• Review workplace risk assessments and coordinate safety training for personnel.
• Maintain safety records and reports, and liaise with EHS stakeholders.
