Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and environmental compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• IT-savvy with attention to detail and eagerness to learn new systems and digital tools
• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Fresh graduates may be considered

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement EHS programs, safety campaigns, and improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety
• Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and data across multiple systems to ensure compliance and traceability
• Support the delivery of EHS training, communications, and employee engagement activities to promote safety awareness
• Assist in conducting workplace inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance
• Coordinate occupational health programs and site safety activities to safeguard employee well-being
• Analyse EHS data and prepare reports to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
