The Technology Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping NCS's technology vision and driving strategic initiatives that align with business objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can bridge the gap between emerging technologies and business value, enabling NCS and our clients to navigate digital transformation, AI adoption, and technological innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
A unique aspect of this role is the need for "bilingual" expertise-candidates who have successfully built and delivered both AI products and AI-enabled services. This dual perspective is critical as NCS evolves from a people-intensive services company toward strengthening its product offerings. The ideal candidate will bring insights from both product-centric environments (such as Big Tech firms) and service-delivery models (such as global system integrators and consulting companies), enabling them to guide NCS's strategic transformation effectively.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to develop technology roadmaps, assess market trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide strategic recommendations that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
