Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Data Solution Architect to lead client-facing technical design of end-to-end data solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, translating government and agency requirements into secure, scalable architectures.

You will drive data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics and reporting, ensure compliance with PDPA and agency security standards, and provide governance to delivery teams while presenting roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with strong data architecture and solution design experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure GCC), RDBMS, data warehouses and analytics.
• Understanding of public sector delivery, procurement constraints, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data solution architecture across data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and reporting within GCC/GCC+ environments.
• Translate business and policy requirements into technical architectures aligned with IM8, AIAS, PDPA, and agency security standards.
• Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability).
• Provide architectural governance, design assurance, and technical decision leadership across delivery teams.
• Present solution roadmaps and design options to senior government stakeholders and steer designsign-offs.
• Work closely with project managers, platform architects, and data engineering teams to ensure delivery alignment.
