Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Foundry R&D, process integration, device development or process modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop eflash process with internal R&D and Module teams.
• Understand customers' requirements on device/process specifications.
• Collaborate with internal R&D testing team for eflash CP test program and qualification criteria.
• Develop and improve new devices, including electrical parameter tuning.
• Set up PDK related documents for new development devices.
