Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced EEHA professional to manage Hazardous Area equipment registers, certifications, and dossiers at site level.

You will coordinate with completions, PIMS, and discipline leads to ensure compliance across design, procurement, installation and commissioning in hazardous areas. The role requires strong collaboration with the EEHA team, vendor oversight, and inputting installation data into the HAER system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• CompEx NEC Ex01-Ex04 or NEC 500 Foundation Certificate required.
• Ex-14 (Responsible Person) training and certification required.
• Minimum 6 years offshore oil and gas project management and electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in electrical design and execution for oil & gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Hazardous Area Equipment Register and associated certifications.
• Collaborate with completions/PIMS personnel, discipline leads, and EEHA team.
• Verify and compile Hazardous Area Dossiers and maintain the Competency Matrix.
• Review suppliers' schedules of electrical equipment in hazardous areas and equipment NRTL certificates.
• Monitor and flag detailed inspection status of vendor-supplied equipment, including shipped items.
• Input bulk site installation data into the HAER system and support site EEHA team.
