Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to partner with teaching and learning faculty to design and implement analytics solutions from structured and unstructured data generated by student activities and assessments.

You will build data pipelines, develop AI-enabled models, and craft dashboards (Power BI) for diverse stakeholders across the college. Strong data analytics, ML familiarity, and ability to transfer knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing analytics solutions using BI tools and data models.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages for data processing.
• Familiarity with Generative AI/Large Language Models in analytics workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to transfer knowledge to lecturers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL scripts to extract, prepare, transform, and load data into analytics platforms.
• Design data models and apply statistics or ML models for insights.
• Create and test dashboards using Power BI for different college stakeholders.
• Provide training and consultancy to lecturers on dashboards and analytics.
