Responsibilities

Design and implement SoLEC’s research programmes in collaboration with colleagues
Lead the development of research projects and secure external funding opportunities
Publish internationally in peer‑reviewed journals and disseminate impactful findings
Translate research into practice and policy impact within education systems
Manage administrative and programme‑related tasks to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to strategic research initiatives of SoLEC, OfR and NIE
Participate actively in the wider research and service community of NIE
