AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives, working closely with senior leadership on financial modelling, business cases, and contract coordination.

You will build models, develop operating structures for partnerships, review contracts with Legal, coordinate cross-functional inputs, prepare management papers, and track milestones to provide updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Experience building financial models for partnerships and strategic projects.
Ability to develop business cases and operating models for new structures.
Experience coordinating with legal for contract reviews and timelines.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models for new partnerships, business initiatives, and strategic projects - feasibility, scenario analysis, ROI
Develop business cases and operating models for new partnership structures, courses, and regional initiatives
Support contract review and coordination with Legal - commercial terms, service scope, deliverables, timelines
Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Academic, Ops, Finance, Marketing, Legal, QA) on partnership workstreams
Prepare proposals, management papers, and board-level materials
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning
Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; provide structured updates to leadership
