Job summary

Dr.SOS in Singapore seeks a Marketing Manager to design and implement strategies that strengthen brand awareness and drive student recruitment. You will lead a team, develop partnerships, and oversee digital campaigns across social media and search engines while ensuring EduTrust compliance.

You will collaborate with Sales and Admissions to optimize lead generation and enrolment targets, manage budgets, and coordinate with agencies and vendors for impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, brand management, and business development.
• Strong ability to develop strategic partnerships, corporate collaborations, and business opportunities.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience in education marketing, student recruitment, and EduTrust requirements will be an advantage.
• Strategic, results-driven, creative, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive student recruitment, and achieve enrolment targets.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships, corporate collaborations, sponsorships, and joint marketing initiatives to support business growth.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other marketing channels.
• Oversee content creation, video production, live streaming, promotional materials, and corporate branding.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective campaign execution and achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Admissions teams to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and student enrolment.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Analyse marketing performance, market trends, campaign ROI, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Represent the school at networking events, education fairs, corporate meetings, and industry engagements.
• Ensure all marketing materials, advertisements, and digital content comply with school policies, regulatory requirements, and EduTrust standards.
