Job summary

EVO PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a CNC EDM operator to run EDM/Wirecut machines, read drawings, and ensure high-accuracy finishes. The role requires basic English for setup instructions and shifts in rotation.

Candidates with 1+ year in precision CNC EDM/Wirecut and relevant NTC/NITEC certificates are welcome to apply. Responsible maintenance of equipment is part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Precision CNC EDM / Wirecut.
• Fresh graduates welcome with certificate.
• Operate machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.
• Read and write simple English for operation instructions.
• Maintain equipment and machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC EDM/Wirecut machines.
• Understand EDM spark processes and tolerances.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify parts.
• Work rotating shifts.

Job description

Job Description & Requirements

1) Able operate CNC EDM machine
2) Knowledge of EDM spark
3) Understanding of drawing
4) Must know how to use:-Micrometer, Vernier caliper, toolmaker scope, profile projector, digital dial indicator,etc.
5) Able to control the tolerance in +-0.005mm
6) Able to work rotating shift

• At least 1 years experience in Precision CNC EDM/ Wirecut.
• Professional certificate. Fresh Grauduate are welcome.
• Able to operate machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.
• Write and Read Simple English
• Able to maintain equipment and machines

Requirements

• NTC/NITEC Related technical skills certification
• Experience in Precision Engineering / Tool Making
• Possess basic proficiency in English to operate EDM machines programmed in English
