Job summary

Univers is seeking an Edge Solutions Engineer (Fresh Graduate) in Singapore. You will help design and deliver Edge solutions across IoT/OT domains, provide Level 3 technical support, and assist with feature validation and documentation. Collaboration with product, R&D, and delivery teams is essential to ensure customer success.

The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, Linux and networking basics, some programming ability, and Mandarin proficiency to work with China-based R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Familiar with Linux and TCP/IP basics.
• Some programming ability.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for daily tasks.
• Mandarin proficiency to collaborate with China-based R&D teams.
• Singapore Citizen or PR.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of Edge solutions (IoT/OT, building management, energy).
• Provide Edge L3 technical support: troubleshooting and ticket management.
• Support Edge product work: feature validation and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, R&D, delivery, customers).
