Job summary

ASTREYA ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced security leader to oversee operations across edge and data center environments in Singapore.

You will ensure alignment with policies, SOC standards, and compliance, acting as the primary security operations contact for internal teams, partners, and vendors. You will collect and analyze incidents from data centers and edge sites, drive remediation, and conduct reviews with providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, physical security, or related infrastructure security.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and dashboards.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Experience in infrastructure data center or edge operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations for edge and data center environments.
• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of physical security policies and controls.
• Serve as primary security operations point of contact for internal teams, partners, site providers and vendors.
• Collect, review, and action reported incidents from data centers, warehouses, and edge sites.
• Analyze alerts and incidents to identify threats and elevate to incident response teams.
• Maintain incident records and drive closure of corrective actions.
• Conduct incident and operational performance reviews with data center providers and stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external access requests for facilities and security-controlled systems.
• Audit access control lists and permission management processes.
• Oversee CCTV and security camera management and routine checks.
• Perform log reviews and support audit readiness.
• Be aware of ISO45001 safety standards for Edge environments.
• Manage media handling, disk sanitization verification, and destruction oversight.
• Monitor bad media dashboards and destruction workflows.
• Support hardware decommissioning and migration from a security perspective.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Compliance, Incident Response, and Engineering teams to support secure site operations.
• Review infrastructure maintenance notices and assess operational impact.
• Follow up on change requests requiring security review.
• Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures.
• Support physical security audits, compliance reviews, and site readiness activities.
• Maintain tracking of requests, projects and operational activities across ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Coordinate vendor activities and quarterly business reviews for performance and compliance.
