Job summary

ASTREYA ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LIMITED is seeking a seasoned Security Operations Lead to oversee edge and data center security, ensuring alignment with policies, standards, and compliance across Singapore sites.

You will coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Compliance, Incident Response, and Engineering, manage access control, CCTV, and incident response, and drive improvements to security procedures and vendor management. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations and physical security.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Familiarity with ISO45001 and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations for edge and data center environments.
• Oversee security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Serve as primary security operations point of contact with internal teams, partners, site providers, and vendors.
• Collect, review, and act on incidents from data centers, warehouses, and edge sites.
• Analyze alerts and incidents to identify threats and escalate to incident response teams when required.
• Maintain incident records and drive closure of corrective actions.
• Manage access requests and audit access control lists.
• Oversee CCTV and security camera management and routine checks.
• Perform log reviews and support audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Compliance, Incident Response, and Engineering for secure site operations.
• Drive process improvements and SOPs to improve consistency and control.
• Support physical security audits and site readiness activities.
• Maintain tracking of requests and projects in JIRA and related workflow tools.
