Job summary
Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced senior professional for an eight-month fixed-term role focused on ecosystem strategy and capability building in Singapore. You will accelerate the shift to ecosystem-led solutions, build capacity across Foundation staff and market teams, and strengthen diagnostics, partnerships and innovative financing across priority markets.

- Experience coaching/mentoring teams and leading workshops.
- Ability to translate insights into practical guidance and resources.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic collaboration skills.

- Build staff and market capability; embed ecosystem principles in design and funding.
