Job summary

TORACLIN PTE. LTD. is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support the Ecommerce manager in daily operations of online sales channels.

You will help maintain product listings, process orders, handle customer inquiries, and assist with marketing activities to enhance the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include uploading product listings with descriptions and images, monitoring stock levels, processing returns, and ensuring timely delivery tracking.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
• Handle incoming orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure timely fulfillment and accurate delivery tracking.
• Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone.
