Job summary

JOININ GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an E-commerce Operations support to assist with daily activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. You will help maintain product listings, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role involves planning campaigns, updating store content, and generating stock and sales reports to drive engagement and optimize inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock information on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Process online orders promptly and respond to customer enquiries to support customer satisfaction.
• Assist with planning and executing campaigns, vouchers, and store content updates to drive sales and engagement.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain detailed stock records and prepare regular stock and sales reports to support inventory management.
• Support the E-commerce Executive with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient platform management.
• Perform other e-commerce-related duties as assigned by the direct superior to support business needs.
