Qualifications

• At least a L1/EY2 Certificate in Early Childhood or Diploma in Early Childhood – Teaching.
• Strong communication skills - spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with staff, parents, and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child’s development.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships and partnerships with centre staff and families.
• Manage family and community programmes and contribute to community engagement.
• Conduct routine caregiving and seek improvements to deliver better quality service.
• Uplift professional practice in promoting our vision, mission and values.
