Qualifications

• EY2/L1 Certificate in Early Childhood required or equivalent.
• L2 Diploma in Early Childhood – Teaching recognized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child’s development.
• Build collaborative relationships with families and centre staff.
• Manage family and community programmes to contribute to the community.
• Conduct caregiving duties and seek improvements in service delivery.
• Uplift professional practice to meet vision and values of the centre.
