Job summary

SAKSOFT LIMITED invites a Development Manager to lead delivery across a multi-stream eTrading platform in the capital markets domain. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinating with traders and developers to implement high‑quality changes.

You will own sprint cadence in Jira, release calendars, and CI/CD pipelines, while ensuring Confluence remains the single source of truth for design, runbooks and decision records.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in capital markets — eTrading, pricing, market data.
• Strong delivery ownership and governance via SDLC.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery schedule across multiple streams of work—sprint execution in Jira and a release calendar.
• Run the delivery forum/channel and manage escalation.
• Maintain SDM tooling and ensure documentation in Confluence is accurate and up to date.
