Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, check, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, packing slips and documentation.
• Monitor order status and follow up on fulfilment issues.
• Coordinate with delivery and logistics providers as required.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct stock counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
