Job summary

Hyperclean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales activities and growing online business by coordinating orders, managing customer communications, and maintaining accurate sales and product information.

You will prepare delivery orders and invoices, create quotations, follow up with customers, coordinate deliveries, and maintain up-to-date product listings to ensure a smooth e-commerce operation.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Excel and email for daily tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while adhering to ISO9000 standards.
• Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms and new systems to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices to support timely order fulfillment.
• Create quotations and sales documents to facilitate customer purchases.
• Follow up with customers on orders and enquiries to ensure satisfaction and timely responses.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries between customers and internal teams to streamline operations.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to provide prompt and clear information.
• Manage and update online product listings to maintain accurate and current e-commerce presence.
• Process and follow up on e-commerce orders to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, and pricing information for sales and reporting purposes.
• Support the sales team with daily activities to enhance overall team productivity.
