Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an E-commerce Assistant Manager in Bedok, Singapore, to drive online campaigns across multiple channels and oversee performance analysis, pricing, inventory and customer engagement. The role requires 4–5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing and a relevant degree.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage marketplaces, and support marketing materials with copywriting and content creation to enhance the direct-to-consumer experience.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales or digital marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in consumer electronics/online retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage online campaigns across channels.
• Monitor campaigns and review performance after launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product catalogues and inventory.
• Analyse customers' online shopping behaviour and provide insights.
• Manage online marketplaces and customer journey across platforms.
• Work with agencies to develop campaign materials following brand guidelines.
• Provide copywriting support for marketing materials.
• Explore new features to improve the D2C online shopping experience.
• Track ecommerce metrics: website traffic, bounce rate, conversions, AOV.
• Manage campaign pricing across online platforms.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, returns and customer enquiries.
• Manage chatbot responses and ensure timely customer enquiries.
• Oversee monthly sales, inventory and purchasing activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
