Job summary

NVISWAH EMPLOYMENT AGENCY in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day e-commerce fulfilment activities in our Singapore warehouse, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and stocktaking.

You will maintain the WMS and inventory accuracy, liaise with cross-border clients, supervise staff, and coordinate freight and customs activities while upholding safety, cost awareness and timely KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification. A background in supply chain, logistics or international trade is preferred.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing an overseas warehouse for cross-border e-commerce, preferably in Southeast Asia or Singapore.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas for inventory and operations analysis.
• Familiar with cross-border freight, customs clearance and last-mile delivery, with a basic understanding of Singapore warehousing and import compliance.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin, with good communication and team coordination skills.
• Able to work overtime during peak periods and independently handle operational issues. Strong cost awareness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Singapore e-commerce fulfilment warehouse, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and stocktaking.
• Maintain the WMS and ensure inventory records are accurate. Investigate stock discrepancies, improve storage planning and reduce inventory losses.
• Liaise with cross-border e-commerce clients, resolve order issues and customer complaints, and prepare warehouse operations reports.
• Supervise part-time and local warehouse staff. Develop SOPs and monitor productivity and service turnaround times.
• Coordinate with freight, customs clearance and transport providers. Plan inbound schedules and manage operating costs.
• Maintain warehouse safety and 5S standards. Track warehouse KPIs and recommend improvements.
