Job summary

TOP CASH PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic marketing and e-commerce assistant to support digital campaigns and product listings. You will help manage social media content, optimize online store listings, and assist with order processing and customer inquiries.

Ideal candidates hold a marketing-related degree, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and can work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. Training in new tools and platforms will be provided.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, E-Commerce or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently or in a team.
Good written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads and online promotions.
Create engaging social media content to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Update product content, pricing and listings on Shopee/Lazada; coordinate promos.
