Job summary

INITIA Group in Singapore/Malaysia is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to drive online and retail channel performance across Shopee and Lazada. You will plan pricing, promotions, and monitor key metrics to translate activity into revenue.

The role requires 3-4 years of e-commerce/channel experience, hands-on platform knowledge for Singapore/Malaysia, and collaboration with Korean partners. International travel may be needed; a passion for beauty/K-products is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience operating e-commerce or retail channels.
• Hands-on experience operating major e-commerce platforms in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Strong collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for online commerce channels and retail channels, including B2B opportunities
• Plan channel-specific pricing policies and promotions
• Monitor and manage key channel performance metrics (sales, profit, etc.) and report on results
• Manage channel-specific CS (customer inquiries and requests)
